A:For products that will contact with food, body or face, we use FDA graded material. It is totally safe to use.
Q: How about your product patent and customer privacy policy?
A:With the designed creation products from Coolnice, we all apply patent for protection, and the customer's OEM, ODM project is also valued with non-disclosure agreement.
Q: Can I customized the product?
A:Yes, with certain MOQ, the product can be customized in LOGO, package, label and with Coolnice’s factory, we also offer OEM, ODM for your project! Send an inquiry and our profession sales team will assist you!
Q: What is your shipping policy?
A:Normally we keep products in stock, with customized product, the lead time won't be long as well. Please allow 7-14 days for delivery. With customized order, our sales will provide update deliver time when confirm your customized request. You will receive notification via e-mail when your order is complete and shipped. If you do not receive your order within 30 days of the date of purchase, please let us know and we will attempt to locate the items with the shipping company. We will not honor requests to re-send merchandise if you do not notify us within 30 days of the date of purchase.
Q: What kind of shipping method do Coolnice offer?
A:We offer express Delivery and if you have agent in China, we can also delivery to your shipping agent. And if you are selling in Amazon, we also provide services on the bar code, label sticker as well. If you have larger order need to ship via ocean freight, our nearest port is Shenzhen, Guangzhou.

A:Any order placed can be cancelled after payment but only if the order is cancelled before the items are shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please email us and our specialist will assist you on the cancellation. The transaction surcharge will be charged for cancellation.
Q: What is your return policy for defective merchandise?
A:We are confidences on our QC and product quality and you will like our product for sure! However, please inspect your order when it is received. Please notify us if there is any discrepancies within 7 days of receipt, email us with your order number/ contact information, our specialist will assist you with your product exchange.
